MayI- Lead: is a vibrant avenue of equipping women and youths with the enduring values and principles of living a life of goodness and excellence in all fronts. MAYI LEAD will be an enabling force that strengthens women’s social relations and their
position in social structures. Our social empowerment addresses the social discrimination existing in the
society based on disability, race, ethnicity, religion, or gender.
MayI- Create is a skill acquisition initiative that empowers women and youths to become economically viable and productive. Our objective is to embark on a massive skills acquisition training programme and empowerment of these youths to keep them occupied and help become self-reliant as they create their own jobs rather than wallow in endless wait for employment.
Our goal is to provide for the youth and women a sustenance mechanism, by providing seed money/grant for them to start a trade or improve an existing businesses..
MayI- Mentor is a project that provides a social mentoring hub and an apprenticeship platform for young aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals. In this project we make available seasoned professionals in different feilds, who will guide and provide mentorship to as many youth as possible.
By providing mentorship opportunities, we equip the youth with the right mindset, skill set, and approach to life. With the objective that they will contribute, and be productive entrepreneurs and professionals. who would make impact in the society
#Youthsdemand: is an agenda that seeks to constructively articulate the strategic socioeconomic challenges and concerns of the youths to find a sustainable solution.
EmpowerHer project: is a portal of supporting women and girls to achieve their dreams of living a meaningful and impact full life. Women in the society are the least provided with opportunities to grow, as such we are focused on implementing a programs that allows women to access opportunities.
