MayI- Lead: is a vibrant avenue of equipping women and youths with the enduring values and principles of living a life of goodness and excellence in all fronts. MAYI LEAD will be an enabling force that strengthens women’s social relations and their
position in social structures. Our social empowerment addresses the social discrimination existing in the
society based on disability, race, ethnicity, religion, or gender.
MayI- Create is a skill acquisition initiative that empowers women and youths to become economically viable and productive. Our objective is to embark on a massive skills acquisition training programme and empowerment of these youths to keep them occupied and help become self-reliant as they create their own jobs rather than wallow in endless wait for employment.
Our goal is to provide for the youth and women a sustenance mechanism, by providing seed money/grant for them to start a trade or improve an existing businesses..
